Coached by Daniel Bien-Aime, a former Division I sprinter and champion at the University of Louisville. Speed and strength training for athletes in Houston, TX who are done guessing at their potential.
Every package starts with the same free consult — we figure out which one actually matches your sport and your goals before you commit to anything.
Designed for athletes who want to become faster, more explosive, stronger and more skilled.
The goal of the Sports Performance Training Package is to develop your physical ability. This comprehensive program combines acceleration, top-end speed, change of direction and any other field work specific to their sport.
Weight room training is also included to help athletes maximize their potential and perform at their highest level.
This program is designed to improve every aspect of speed development. Training focuses on rate force development, increasing top-end speed, and developing the explosiveness needed to translate speed into game-day performance.
Whether you're trying to improve your 40-yard dash, run a faster 100-meter time, become more explosive off the line, or simply gain a competitive edge in your sport, this program is designed to help you move faster and perform at your highest level.
Working with me will guarantee you a personal record.
This program is designed to maximize your performance on the track by improving speed and running mechanics for race success. It's preferred to meet in the summer, fall, and early spring before your athlete heads back to competition.
Success in track and field is built through consistent and progressive training. While one session per week is better than none, it won't maximize an athlete's development.
Track performance depends on several physical qualities — including sprint mechanics, acceleration, maximum velocity, strength, explosiveness, mobility, and event-specific endurance. These qualities require frequent practice and repetition to improve.
Training only once each week often means athletes spend too much time maintaining their current abilities rather than making meaningful progress.

Former Division I sprinter and champion at the University of Louisville. I've lived on both sides of the stopwatch — as a competitor chasing the same times my athletes chase now, and as a coach who knows exactly what it takes to close the gap.
I specialize in unlocking athletic potential through speed and strength training built around your sport, not a generic template. I take on a limited number of athletes at a time so every session is actually coached, not just supervised.
I can't say enough great things about DJ's speed training program. Since my son, Denim, started training with DJ, I've seen tremendous growth—not just in his speed, but in his overall athleticism, confidence, and work ethic.
DJ has a way of pushing athletes to reach their full potential while keeping the training competitive, engaging, and focused on proper technique. Denim has become noticeably quicker off the line, more explosive in and out of his cuts, and much more confident in his abilities on the field.
What stands out the most is that DJ genuinely cares about the development of each athlete. He doesn't just teach speed—he teaches discipline, consistency, and the mindset it takes to compete at a high level.
If you're looking for someone who can help your child become a faster, more complete athlete, I highly recommend DJ's speed training. We're grateful for the impact he's had on Denim's development, and we're excited to see how much more he continues to improve.
